Payment options: Venmo, Zelle, Chase QuickPay®, or check.
Cancellation: Ideally appointments will be cancelled or rescheduled more than 3-days (72-hours) before it begins.
If appointments are cancelled less than 24-hours before the start, a $50 fee will be charged.
